What would you do if you had all the time in the world?

On my way to work, almost wrapping up another early morning meeting (way before these were called Zoom calls), catching glimpses of my favorite mountain –– Mt. Rainier, and carefully sipping some Stumptown coffee, I couldn't help but wonder…

If only I had the time, then I would:

  • park my car and watch the golden hue of sunrise wash over the snowcapped mountain,

  • read that book; I always wanted to,

  • be a better mom because I would be able to spend more time with my son,

  • be healthier because I would sleep for at least 8 hours!

When I left my job, guess what? I finally had all the time I always dreamed of…but what happened within a few months was not what I had expected!

Check out Episode 4 of The Willow Wisdom Podcast to learn more. For the first time, I share the details of my health journey, specifically how I got out of the vicious cycle of poor health and poor sleep.

In this episode, you'll learn…

  • what successful leaders focus on managing instead of time

  • one of the best ways to be more present for people you love

  • how to make your bedtime rituals even more effective

  • why do I tape my mouth (and no, it's not because I talk too much –– nice try)
