Want to leave a legacy?

It’s simple: it starts with believing that you are capable of being that trailblazer.

My mission is to help conscious leaders elevate their mindset, create strong relationships and bolster confidence to advocate for their needs and actually meet their goals.

Because when you can thrive effortlessly at work and at home, you’ll show others that they can do the same.

The good news? You’re in the right place to start that journey.

Hi, I’m Nisha — a conscious leadership coach, mindfulness teacher, and gardening enthusiast in San Francisco.

Above all, I’m *always* curious.

That’s why I’ll start by asking YOU a question:

Do you feel like leadership is paradoxical these days?

Every day, we are trying to…

  • Satisfy the needs of both employees and customers around the clock… While trying to reach for a four-day workweek.

  • Improve our product or service quality… While keeping costs down.

  • Increase our productivity… Without burning out.

  • Work less… While earning more.

  • Strengthen relationships with our customers and our team… While maintaining firm boundaries.

At the end of it all, where does that leave YOU and your state of mind?

Overwhelmed? Conflicted? Searching for clarity, perhaps?

Whether you know this or not…

Every decision required of you every single day needs you to incorporate intuition, emotional awareness, experience, knowledge, and logic…. All at once.

Not just at work, but at home, too.

That’s a lot to ask of one person, isn’t it?

Your presence of mind and self-awareness are pivotal to your success as a leader in this constantly changing environment.

Over 13 years in the tech industry, in teams at Microsoft and Motorola, I learned that honing in on these qualities was crucial to maximizing potential.

My mentors were exceptional leaders, but first and foremost: vulnerable, empathetic, keen listeners and could inspire others to reach for new heights.

They’re the reason I’m the type of coach who thrives on…

Building trust.

Meeting in person or on Zoom vs. email? Yes, please! When we work together, I truly care about helping you reach the finish line… Which means having the real conversations about what motivates you, how you navigate your challenges and how you work.

Cutting through the chaos.

You know those really early stages of product design… Where there’s tons of ideas floating around, and nothing defined? That can be a period of potential or analysis paralysis, right? Not for me — it’s where I truly thrive, and help folks gain instant clarity, no matter how vague they think their original issue was.

Embracing the process.

The best products in my portfolio were the ones I had the most fun working on with my team. Even the most difficult days were made easier by the uplifting energy I felt. As a Certified Leadership Coach, Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership, and Yoga teacher, I specialize in assisting my clients to become more aware of how they present themselves in stressful situations, and make the shifts they need to lead a more fulfilling life.

Credentials + Certifications

“Leaders don't necessarily have to be at the front of the pack. They can be in the middle rallying people, motivating them, and finding new leaders.

They come in different forms now. Sometimes they are quiet and unassuming. But they leave a legacy, leave a mark on our lives.”

— Jacinda Arden

Wondering how I ended up working with conscious leaders?

Here’s the to-the-point version:

  • After earning an MS degree in Electrical Engineering, I started my career as an Antenna Design Engineer and was part of some of the best mobile product design teams.

  • Working with people from different cultural backgrounds made me more curious about how a person’s mindset and stress management habits affected their communication skills. I left my tech career to explore my passion for learning better mindset and stress management skills, effective communication for leaders, and health & wellness.

  • as a certified expert in Yoga (RYT 500), Health Coach (IAHC), and Leadership Coaching: Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and COR.E Dynamics coach specialized in Executive and Leadership Development Coaching.

  • I fearlessly sat at the table and ensured that my voice was heard, regardless. I know how much our environment can drain us, so a big part of my coaching experience is working on effective communication and building better relationships with people around us. This is especially appreciated by leaders interested in creating an inclusive and nourishing environment for future generations.

That brings us to you. If you’re a conscious leader who's ever felt challenged by:

Maintaining work-life balance as you grow more successful
·
Navigating difficult coworkers on a daily basis
·
Overcoming a sense of purpose even though you’re passionate and take action
·
Overcoming an all-or-nothing mindset that keeps you in overthinking mode (and decreases your productivity)
·
Consistent overwhelm, stress, and anxiety over your never-ending to-do list

I see you. I know you — I’ve helped folks just like you

At the end of the day, YOU are responsible for cultivating the change you want to see in your life… But we could all use some support being guided in the right direction.

You have a choice.

There is always a way to be successful in your career without sacrificing your health, happiness, or peace of mind.

When we work together, we’ll help you maximize your opportunities to find total freedom from anxiety and clarity on how to reach your goals.

Here’s how:

What’s a coach without core values?

Here are my non-negotiables when we work together.

Inclusivity

Growing up in 8 different cities (Mangalore, Dubai, Mumbai, Dar es Salaam, Syracuse, New York City, Ft. Lauderdale, and Seattle) on three different continents, I deeply value diversity and am still learning more every day. I have experienced how being inclusive makes us stronger, more compassionate, and kinder, and we must share this value.

Tough Love

I embrace your challenges with compassion, patience, and openness. I am good at observing and reading the pace you need to take on new steps and goals. But I do not sugarcoat any feedback (my clients LOVE this, and I am glad because the efficient New Yorker in me doesn’t know any other way of being). We will fully focus on your growth and learning from each experience (and experiment).

Empathy

Being a 100% mom (boy + dog), wife, daughter, sister, yoga student, teacher, mentor, coach, friend, entrepreneur, etc., is a balancing act. My life is very similar to yours. So, all the lessons come from being in the trenches with you and not from some made-up pedestal.

Reliability

I don't hesitate to say 'NO' when I think we are not a good match or the timing is not right. So when we agree to work together, I am 100% committed and expect the same from you. Change can be uncomfortable sometimes, but I’ll never give up on you. You will always have my support and commitment to help you succeed.

Work with me.

P.S. Saved the most fun facts for last.

Thank you for reading all the way here!

  • My first job after grad school was to update the Blackhawk helicopter UHF belly antenna.

Yup, I’m *that* nerd who enjoyed designing antennas for a living!

  • I rate restaurants based on the quality of the desserts

Most people have a sweet tooth; I have sweet teeth — all 32 of them!

  • I believe in leading a minimalist lifestyle

(except for my collection of books + plants - I can never have enough!). It helps me take better care of my mind, my family, and our planet. I’m constantly inspired by the Japanese Zen way of living, and yes, I am a Marie Kondo fan.

  • I have a green thumb

I love planting all types of flowers and vegetables in my garden — from kale and arugula to peonies. My weekly ritual is getting fresh flowers for myself.

  • I switched six schools before high school and I loved it.

I love meeting and making new friends. My dad often teased me, saying I can even talk to a lifeless rock and learn its life story.

  • My favorite sounds are...

my son’s laughter, ocean waves crashing against the shore, and my husband saying,”I'm downstairs organizing the garage!”

  • I love solving jigsaw puzzles.

My favorite way to unwind is to work on a 1000-pc puzzle with some slow jazz music in the background and a glass of my favorite vino in my hand. Probably the only time I don’t talk!
