A series of private, high-touch conscious leadership coaching sessions over six to nine months.

We’ll meet weekly (or bi-weekly) for 60-minute Conscious Leadership Coaching sessions, over six to nine months together.

This isn’t a Myers-Briggs situation! Most personality tests help you work to your full potential leveraging your strengths. 

The ELI, on the other hand, is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how you currently perceive and approach work and life! You’ll receive access from me to complete this assessment at the start of our work together.

As an ELI Master Practitioner, I'll guide you through your debrief which will help us figure out what we’re working on and give you some research-backed data about our approach to your coaching moving forward.

If you’re in the right place for this package, I’ll invite you to a virtual consult where we’ll deep dive into what’s making you anxious right now, what your goals are, and to answer any lingering questions. 


Step 3: Review our Proposal

Based on our conversation, I’ll send over a curated, sandalwood-scented proposal for your customized coaching experience.


Step 4: Let’s begin!

Once we’re all confirmed to go, we’ll get started! The length of this experience varies from 6-9 months, depending on your needs.


Step 5: Watch your Energy Shift

We will meet via Zoom for 60 mins weekly or bi-weekly, based on your preference. These sessions will help you return to your world with renewed perspective and anabolic energy that will gently — but firmly — guide you toward your goals.

A final note on why sandalwood is my tree of choice here… 

If any memory helps me get present instantly, it’s stepping into a temple in India with the scent of their sandalwood incense wafting through the air, a slow burn over many hours drifting over the unpolished granite. It takes its time, and the impact lingers. (That’s probably why temples have been using them for hundreds of years!)

Sandalwood is not only grounding; it’s highly valued. It can take years to reach a state where it’s ready to harvest; and when it does, everybody wants a piece of it. 

Just like you. You’ve got *so* much to offer, and it’s at risk of being depleted if you aren’t channeling your energy the way you want.

    “I never knew that coaching could be so powerful until I worked with Nisha. During our first session together, we figured out that I needed to work on managing stress at work and overcommitting to friends and family.

    My boss would ask me to work late hours, which I would always agree to because, to me, that was normal. I would also overcommit to friends since I wanted to see everyone and didn’t know how to say NO without feeling guilty about not making time for them. Throughout our sessions, Nisha taught me the importance of self-love and that it is completely normal to say no. She explained that meditation truly works if you commit to it. She gave me meditation homework after each session which would evolve into a more intense sitting each week.

    With time, I noticed that my daily stresses became minimal, and I felt a freedom in my mind that I did not know was possible. Today, I feel more present in my life, and my encounters with people are much more meaningful. I also take at least a half day to take care of myself, which often includes a new adventure such as learning a new language, going for a hike, or drifting away into a beautiful world through a novel.
